The North American Lake Management Society (NALMS) conference is a major gathering for scientists and decision makers. As part of the November NALMS conference the final day of the conference Friday will be focused on local issues. A breakfast workshop hosted by CLA & partner organizations will highlight the planned actions, fundraising goals and policy recommendations called for by the Yahara CLEAN implementation process. Events throughout the day will provide opportunities for deeper learning and exploration of the threats to the Yahara Watershed and opportunities to protect and preserve local waterways.
As a business, we are dependent on clean lakes. As a user, I am dependent on clean lakes. It’s getting worse and worse outside, and our customers are starting to get upset about it. Time to do something.
